We introduced Carter to rice cereal on saturday and sunday nites and it made him sleep about 2 hours longer than the regular 5 hours a nite. We put him in his blue bumbo seat which was awesome. he fit so well in it. He got soo messy from the rice cereal it was so hilarious. Dan and I nearly peed ourselves lol. he didnt know what to do with the spoon in his mouth bc he's so used to bottle nipples lol. so we gave him a bath afterwards and it was also the 1st time he took a bath with out crying at all! woohoo! he actually seemed to like it. We did use warmer water this time. I think the last few times the water was too cool or something. Carter can go on for like 10 minutes cooing and awwing with you if you get eye contact with him. Its nice to see him smile and be happy! He's such a good little boy! I also gave him water for the first time in a bottle and he seemed to like it. after about a minute of it tho he realized it wasnt milk and didnt want it anymore lol. Also we put him in a jumperoo for the 1st time. He's already kicking and moving like crazy so i figured why not let him stretch his legs in this. He seems to like this as well. He fell asleep in it the other day for like 5 minutes. it was so cute! Anyways thats week 9 for you.
