YOUR BABY is 15 WEEKS OLD
how they grow
• Ever since your baby started smiling socially, she’s been grinning at strangers as easily as she smiles at her favorite people. Starting around now, smiles are likely to be reserved for you.
• Most babies start eating less now and crying more for a few weeks as they adjust to all the changes going on in their bodies. Don't worry: These fussy periods are getting farther apart. The next one isn’t likely to kick in for another seven weeks.
• Five or six weeks ago, your baby may have started flipping - now he can probably roll from back to front or front to back.
By now your baby has gone from being a passive observer of the world to being — or at least wanting to be — an active participant. Some babies this age even like trying to "stand." If your baby seems to want to stand up while being held securely on your lap, it means those little leg muscles are probably sturdy enough to explore this new sensation
Carter has standing and strengthening his leg muscles. he can finally push his upper body up when on his tummy. He can grab his feet now and he does it alot. He is so awesome and watch his developments. the coolest thing dan and i like is that he has been sleeping 9-10 hour nights since 14 weeks! he only sleeps in his bassinette as of 14 weeks as well.
